Artwork Authenticity & Editions

At KASHA J ART, every piece is created with passion, intention, and artistic integrity. Each artwork in my Personal Portfolio is part of a Collector’s Edition, ensuring exclusivity and limited availability. My artwork is never mass-produced, maintaining the uniqueness of each piece.

Fine Art Prints: Limited edition prints offer collectors the opportunity to own a piece of exclusive art. Each print is carefully crafted using high-quality materials to preserve the integrity of the original work.
All fine art prints are digitally signed.
Original Artwork: Some pieces are available only as originals and will never be reproduced as prints, making them truly one of a kind. All original pieces are hand-signed and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity for verification and provenance.

All pieces in my Fan Art Collection are produced in limited quantities; however, they are not part of my official Limited Edition Portfolio.

In contrast, every piece in my Personal Portfolio is part of an exclusive Collector’s Edition, ensuring both exclusivity and artistic integrity. Each print is digitally signed, hand-numbered, and accompanied by a Digital Certificate of Authenticity. The product page provides details regarding the specific edition number assigned to each artwork.

If a final release is issued, this will be clearly stated on the product page & included on your certificate for reference.

Images displayed online are shown in low resolution to optimize browsing. Prints are produced with exceptional clarity and detail; however, variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur due to screen differences. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, an exact match cannot be guaranteed.

Prices for both original and print artworks are listed in AUD.

Free shipping on all artwork, including framed pieces.
Order Dispatch takes 2 - 4 Working Days for all unframed Artwork.
Framed Artwork takes 1 - 2 weeks to be professionally framed and dispatched.
Orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days from dispatch.

International Shipping

Unframed prints: Flat rate of $50 per order.
Framed artwork: Custom shipping quote required. Contact me directly for an estimate.
Delivery times vary but generally take 4-6 weeks, depending on the courier.

Processing & Handling

While I strive to meet estimated time frames, unforeseen delays may occur. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
Couriers are carefully selected to ensure that your artwork arrives safely and securely.

Copyright & Usage

Purchasing an artwork does not grant the buyer copyright or reproduction rights.
Artworks may not be copied, resold as digital files, or reproduced in any form without explicit permission.
Fan art pieces are original artistic interpretations created by me; however, copyright remains with the respective rights holder.

Custom & Commissioned Artwork

At this time, custom artwork requests are not available as I am currently focused on developing my portfolio. However, I welcome inquiries, and if you have a special request or concept in mind, please feel free to reach out. While I may not be able to accommodate commissions right now, I'm always open to hearing ideas for future projects.

Returns & Refunds

Quality is of the utmost importance, and I want the experience of receiving your artwork to be truly special. Each piece is meticulously double-wrapped to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, in the rare case of damage, the following policy applies:

If your artwork arrives damaged, photographic proof is required.

This includes:

Clear images of the outer packaging showing any visible damage.
Clear images of the artwork itself, highlighting the issue.
Contact must be made within 48 hours of delivery for a claim to be processed.
Once the claim is reviewed, I will work with you to determine whether a replacement or refund is the best course of action.

We understand how important the opening experience is, and I strive to ensure that the moment you receive your art is truly special. Quality is paramount, and every effort is made to ensure you are delighted with your purchase.

Please note: All sales are final, and refunds are only available in cases of shipping damage or other extenuating circumstances.
